If you pay in advance and your ad runs in one issue, you may deduct a prepayment discount of 2%. More than one issue, paid in advance, the discount is as follows: 4% for 2 issues; 6% for 3 issues; 8% for 4 issues; 10% for 5 issues.
Requests for preferred placement of ads at our option, subject to the following additional charges: 10% of the base rate of your ad for the Right or Left Page or for placement in a specific State Section. 20% for placement in priority sequence to other ads of the same size (priority sequence is established based on date of payment). Requests for placement on specific page by number not accepted.
Ad placement by us, whether requested by the advertiser or not, does not imply or grant any residual rights or claims to that same placement position in subsequent issues.
Copy may be changed or altered in subsequent issues without additional charge. Prepayment reserves the space and you may make changes in your copy as desired.
Our One-Column width is 2 7/16 inches; Two-Column width is 4 15/16 inches; Three-Column width is 7 1/2 inches. Layouts of other dimensions will be reduced or enlarged to fit our columns. Charges will be based on the vertical measurement in inches. Fractional inches are charged as full inches.
Camera-Ready copy should be provided by the advertiser. We will do simple layouts at no charge, detailed designs by quote only. All design, layout and production work that we do for your ads in WHERE IT'S AT (including variations or derivations) may not be used in any other manner including other publications without our written permission and the payment of a licensing fee. Ads having photographs should be one piece line and half-tone prescreened velox. Line screens of 85 not exceeding 110 are best suited for quality reproduction.
All copy is subject to our approval and suitability to our publication.
The advertiser and/or advertising agency assumes full liability for all costs resulting from claims against the publisher relating to the use or contnt of their ads.
Copy must be received by us by the 10th of the month preceding publication.
All advertising is due and payable prior to publication....Orders for advertising are received CONDITIONALLY subject to: (1) suitability to our poblication, (2) space availability, and (3) receipt of FULL payment od charges. Unpaid orders may be CANCELLED, at our option, on the 12th of the month following date of invoice.
